Colleagues living in ME, MA or NH, you will need to search for a provider using the Harvard Pilgrim network.

We have arranged with UnitedHealthcare to accept claims from these non-network providers as in-network for purposes of assessing colleague cost share.

The specific arrangements in place are:

  • Roswell (Western New York), Huntsman (Utah) – special arrangement to pay in network for oncology services only.
  • Geisinger (Eastern PA), Kaleida (Buffalo/Rochester NY), and Spring Health (national) – special arrangement to pay in network for all medical and behavioral services.
